He is research officer of the Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Republic. He graduated from Applied Mathematics Department of the Azerbaijan State University and received qualification of "mathematician". In 1983-1986 he were a post-graduate student at the Institute of Cybernetics of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences on the specialty "Computer Science". His field of research is a software testing. Lomonosov.
