AIMS

  The main objectives of the conference: - discussion of new scientific and practical results of application of the Internet and computer technologies in science, education and industry;;
- exchange of ideas, search for common research directions and strengthening of cooperation between educational, scientific and industry institutions and communities;
- analyses of scientific, pedagogical and psychological aspects of the development of Internet and informational technologies;
- establishing new contacts, attracting young generation to the scientific research.

   TOPICS - includes, but are not limited to:

- Informational society and Internet;
- Educational and scientific information nets;
- Internet and computer technologies in the education and scientific researches;
- Distance education;
- Internet ion techniques on computer science and software engineering for talented students;
- Internet in the distributed control systems;
- Intelligent information systems in Internet and WWW;
- Internet in social and political science, economics and marketing;
- Internet in ecology and health care;
- The psychology of cyberspace;
- Computer graphics and Web-design;
- Software and hardware for Internet;
- Information protection in the information and telecommunication systems;
- Telecommunication technologies;
- Fiber-optic technologies in informational nets.

   CONFERENCE LANGUAGES

    The official Conference language for all papers is English. The Conference working languages are English, Russian and the national languages at the each stage: Azerbaijan, Ukrainian and Bulgarian. Synchronous translation will be provided if necessary.

   WHEN AND WHERE

The Conference is to be held during three weeks in three stages: - September, 28 - October,2, 2004, in Baku State University, Azerbaijan; - October, 5 - October, 9, 2004, in Vinnytsia National Technical University, Vinnytsia, Ukraine; - October, 12 - October, 16, 2004, in St. Kirill and Mephodij's University, Veliko Tyrnovo, Bulgaria.    

   PROCEEDINGS

  Full texts of the papers of all stages of the Conference will be published in one Conference Proceedings. Each participant also receives Conference Proceedings on CD-disk. Also participants can publish translated to another working language report on the Conference site and on the Conference CD. After Conference the selected research full papers will be published in the special issues of the Universities - organizers Journals.
  The materials of the exhibition are planned to be published in English and in other working languages as an additional issue with further placement on the conference site.

   ACCOMODATION

The participants of the Conference will be accommodated:

  - boarding house Gtandzhlyk on the seashore of the Caspian sea (Baku stage);
  - in city hotels and University hostels (Vinnytsia and Veliko Tyrnovo stages).

Accommodation is not included in conference fees.

   PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

   Every person can participate directly in the work of any stages of the Conference, or remotely by means of Internet. We plan the whole exposition and discussion of the Conference materials on our site www.vstu.edu.ua/ies2004. We also plan the holding videoconference during the plenary meetings, organizing chats and forums. In case of distance participation, authors will be provided with the opportunity to present their inventions at the Conference with the use of Internet resources for distance communication (videoconferences, chats, forums).

   YOUR PROPOSITIONS ARE WELCOME

   Executive Committee invites all interested Parties to join to the Conference Organization and Program Board. Combining our efforts we will be able to make the Conference more interesting and useful.
