The fast passing of mankind to information society brings in essential changes into our life, influencing customs and traditional concepts. The improvement of intelligence information technologies allows computers to solve more and more essentially human problems, and the development of the Internet eliminates the boundaries between countries and continents, distributing various information urgently. Everything mentioned makes a human ever more dependent on a computer and psychologically influenced by it.
AIMS
The aim of the conference is the idea exchange concerning advantages and problems caused by the last information technology development and, in particular, by the Internet, the discussing of the Internet and computer technology application in the scientific research and learning process; the analysis of scientific, pedagogical and psychological aspects of the development of the Internet and information technologies; the establishing new ties; the involving of the youth to the scientific research.
The main objectives of the conference:
- discussion of new scientific and practical results of application of the Internet and computer technologies in science, education and industry;
- exchange of ideas, search for common research direct.i.ons and strengthening of cooperation between edu.cati.o.nal, scientific and industry institutions and communities;
- analyses of scientific, pedagogical and psychological aspects of the development of Internet and informational technologies;
- establishing new contacts, attracting young generation to the scientific research.

PROCEEDINGS
Full texts of the papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and on the CD-disk. After Conference the selected research full papers will be published in the special issues of the scientific Journals: Informational Technologies and Computer Engineering - http://www.vstu.edu.ua/itce, Optoelectronic information power technologies - http://www.vstu.edu.ua/~oeipt (Ukraine), Advances in Electrical and Computer Engineering - http://www.eed.usv.ro/html/advances.html, (Romania). The materials of the exhibition are planned to be published in English and in other working languages as an additional issue with further placement on the conference site.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGES
The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian, English and Russian.

The conference is to be held during October, 10-14, 2006 in Vinnytsia National Technical University, Vinnytsia, Ukraine.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE
Every person can participate directly in the work of the Conference, or remotely by means of Inter.net. We plan the whole exposition and discussion of the Con..fe.rence materials on our site www.vstu.edu.ua/ies2006. We also plan the holding videoconfe.rence during the plenary meetings, organizing chats and fo.rums. In case of distance participation, authors will be pro.vi.ded with the opportunity to present their inventions at the Conference with the use of Internet resources for distan.ce communication (videoconferences, chats, forums).
ACCOMMODATION
The participants of the Conference will be accommodated in city hotels and University hostels. Accommodation is not included in conference fees.
