Center was founded in the year of 2005 with the purpose of organization of manufacturing of paving slabs and other concrete products with further research of their properties, which will be used for equipping the University campus. The Center is furnished with modern efficient equipment. Within the period of its functioning more than 10 000 square meters of paving slab was made.

Functioning of the center is ensured by students of Institute of Civil Engineering and Electric Power Industry.
