The center was founded in the year of 2009 with the purpose of practical realization of the scientific developments made by the university scientists in the sphere of energy efficient technologies. Within a few months of its existence more than 1 000 electronic devices for improving illumination quality of luminescent lamps and increase of their operation period were made.

Functioning of the center is ensured by students of Institute of Radio Engineering.

The Center is run by Olexander Sheremeta - Director of center, PH.D. in Engineering, Associate Professor(room 2243, tel. (0432) 598-075).
