Center was founded in the year of 2008. The staff of the Center performs a considerable volume of works on modernization and reconstruction of the material and technical base of the University. Within a short period of time more than 300 desks and computer tables were produced, more than 500 school desks were restored, more than 200 metal and plastic windows were installed.

Functioning of the center is ensured by students of Institute of Machine Engineering.
