Activity of the Center, created in 1987 as the Faculty for Qualification Improvement for Managers of Organizations and Enterprises, relates to rendering educational services on qualification improvement and retraining of managers and specialists in different sectors of economy and agriculture in labor safety.

Center is run by Vasyl Serdiuk – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor (tel. (0432) 46-51-51, 59-82-61, E-mail: modser@vstu.vinnica.ua).

Training process is ensured by experienced teachers from the Department for Safety of Vitality in VNTU who conduct retraining in the Main Educational and Methodical Center of State Control over Labor Protection of Ukraine.

Following the decision of Vinnytsia Regional Sate Administration, on the basis of the center there was created regional subdivision for module professional training and oblast educational and information center on safety of vitality which consists of modern computer class, special laboratories for conducting works which may pose hazard to life, lecture room.

Center cooperates closely with Vinnytsia Oblast center for Employment and retrains more than 500 persons annually.
